The 44 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (accessible only through the master bedroom) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a garden and a covered terrace. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool. The accommodation is located close to a shopping centre with a supermarket, a medical centre and restaurants/bars. Furthermore, a surf school, a bicycle rental and a veterinary centre are situated close-by. There is a parking space on the property, and additional free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed but cannot climb on the beds and on the sofa. Air conditioning is not available. The property has a step-free interior.
